Description
M.V. MOANA IS AN IMPRESSIVE LOOKING SLEEK MOTOR VESSEL
DESIGNED AND BUILT AT THE SHIPYARD OF W. MUELLER AG, HAMELIN, GERMANY
FOR A GERMAN NAVAL OFFICER.
The previous owner had the vessel overhauled on a German wharf between 1993-95, refitting and preparing the vessel for a trip to the Caribbean. The work was carried out “regardless of cost”. However, due to a change in the owner’s circumstances this voyage ended in Spain and the boat has been very little used since then.

The Moana is structurally sound with no signs of internal corrosion and the teak decks are in excellent condition.

Tonnage certificate: In 2007 a new tonnage certificate was issued be the Swedish Maritime Administration and the ship was registered in the Swedish Registry of Shipping.

This boat is a wonderful live-aboard boat or could be a tremendous dive boat.

Sleeps 6 persons in 2 forward cabins plus midship master cabin. Forward head with hand basin and blake toilet. Separate shower room. Master cabin with double berth, en-suit bathroom with bath/shower, hand basin and new electric toilet. washing machine/tumble-dryer located in the bathroom. Wheelhouse with sofa and table for 6 persons. Saloon with l-shaped sofa and u-shaped galley. Easily arranged 3 additional beds: 2 in saloon and 1 in wheelhouse.

Fully fitted galley with 3 ring electric stove – new 2007 + microwave, refrigerator, water pressure system, and hot water system.
